After working with UPS they were able to track down my box to the warehouse. The Manager (I have been working with this branch through my own business so they know me and what I do, shipping live fish) literally started to work on it 2 minutes after I arrived. About an hour later (Maybe an hour and half) she had it in her possession as she went to the warehouse herself and grabbed it! I then met her there to grab the box!

This isnt a post to dog on UPS, this is actually to commend them for taking the extra steps to keep animals alive. I honestly haven't been happier since switching over to them from FedEx.

So I think all will end well, I am getting the box open now and will get pictures later tonight as I have A LOT to unpack, dip and glue down.

Some of the new additions. Not sure what the third pic is.

@frankin09 here's the latest sales thread for @SBB Corals . You can see some of the Tiger Torches people purchased in that sale. There's another sale coming in a couple of weeks I think.

Well, I just finished acclimating, dipping, regluing and getting all the corals where they need to be for at least the night. That was a long night of dipping corals after tracking down my package that I thought for sure was a lost cause to get today. I am very happy, the coral looks very happy and I am also very happy.

I was able to get a quick shot right before the lights out of the new Goni Garden. It's wild, a lot of them were already out and starting to extend! The SPS was also already looking happy. Again, well done @SBB Corals , well done.

I will get more pictures tomorrow, for tonight our Grumpy old man the YWG said he and his shrimps would keep an eye on everything.

Thankfully they pack them so well. The amount of water and oxygen for each frag is much better than others and I believe this is paramount in the success of SBB shipping. The polyp/tentacle extension in everyones orders (in the bag) shows the effectiveness!

Most of all the boxes have been shipped. We have 3 more for next week and then all has been shipped out :)

We are getting ready to Start the new sales thread and announce the winner of the unboxing $100 Gift card.

Is anybody here waiting for there package to arrive next week to do your unboxing video?

I agree 100% with Billy. I received a strawberry shortcake frag from a vendor not to long ago and it was practically dead, bleached, the water smelled and was cloudy. It arrived in about 18 hours from vendor dropping off with shipper. Also got a stylo at the same time that was fine and now growing well. Still same nasty water. Did not file a doa as I did not want any more corals from those folks.
That is why I prefer @SBB Corals for any new additions! Everything I have received from Shane and Ralph looks like it never left their care. The rest is upto me :) Just my experience.
Cheers,

Have a great weekend!

+1 to this! I received a shipment of corals from a different vendor about 6 months ago (sorry Shane, I should have known better) and now I have Monti Eating Nudibranches. I just found them this morning in the 75. @SBB Corals is the only brand of Monti for the 125! Waiting for September.

I was, but then I was way too stressed... Bummer too as I was really looking forward to doing one. I am going to do a bunch of photos though. Gosh I wish I would have gotten this last week so I would have had a bit more time as I did actually film the unboxing.

I’ve dealt with those before. The eggs are unaffected by dips. Dip every 5 days to kill the babies before they lay new eggs.

Once I had no montis left they went after garf bonsai, some smoother acros like anacropora, and some digitas.

Even with dipping they kept coming back and I ended up trashing some corals to finally get rid of them.

Yeah. I was dealing with a magnet leaching in my tank which killed several corals along the same time. I removed the magnet when I figured it out. My Setosa, Digitata, and Spongodes (all montis) seem to be recovering but my caps and encrusting montis are all not doing well. I was looking in there this morning and saw one crawling across one of my encrusters. I found 3 more and tossed 8 Monti frags in various stages of almost certain death. I had dipped and looked for eggs but didn't see any. I also got two hammers and a torch that went BJD within three days of arrival and two mushrooms that melted completely within a week. The good news is my Electric Daisy Stylo and my Lawnmower Blenny are doing good.
