Exactly. If you like acros the best, just focus on them. If you can find some shade / overhangs for the non-acros, that’s good.
Actually Acro’s was all I wanted, but figured I needed other types for the low light near the bottom. My Radions are only at 44% power and I’m getting 300 PAR on some bottom areas. If the Zoa’s can handle that, great. Some others I may need to find them another home. Still not sure about my new torch. Waiting to see how it handles it. Right now, it’s at 220 PAR, but that will be going up Over the next month.

@sadrobotz another input. Ive been through a few and I feel really confident in my current testing kits.

Milwaukee refractometer
Mag, calcium, ph, alk - salifert
Phos and NO3 - hannah

The only thing I’ll be changing is getting the Hanna alk kit at some point. The salifert seems to work great but the extra precision of the Hanna seems worth it.

The most important one to spend up on for me was the Hanna phos. I have the ppb model. Using any of the cheaper kits, it was almost impossible for me to tell if my phos was 0 or 3+.

I have a Milwaukee too. I'm a little paranoid, so I use both the Milwaukee and my refractometer and both Salifert and Hanna for Alk

Mine are Trident, Hanna and salifert.

Tridents reads low on Alk, but good on Ca and Mag
Hanna for Alk, Nitrate and phosphate. Hanna reads high on Alk
Salifert for Alk, Ca, and Mag. Alk usually dead center between Trident and Hanna. Ca and Mag pretty much matches Trident.
Trident icp?

This was my first coral to make it into the tank. A little no name cheap hammer. It’s got 15-16 branches now. I think I could easily go for more hammers.

You can raise the radions up as well. Radions aren't exactly par monsters so I'm guessing it's spot lighting areas being that it's a puck. As far as other corals..I run my tank for acros and every other coral I have loves it also

I could look at defuzers or a higher light rack and that might help.
When I first started the tank, I went overboard on the lights. Three would have been fine, but I got 4 XR30s. A wall of light. This little Frag rack on the bottom is getting 300 PAR and the lights are at 44% power. The rack is not under a light, but close to the front edge of the tank.
