Were you wearing an Apple Watch and a ring?
Never apple! Only android and windows guy haha.

But yeah, I had my Galaxy 4 watch on and my silicone ring. You can clearly see where they were. They acted as good fire protection luckily. No damage to either surprisingly.

I did have her reach in to get a frag that fell due to pesky emerald crabs. She was barely able to reach it on the bottom, but she got it with her finger tips lol.

She does help me out a ton with it though, lucky to have someone as amazing as her :)
Get some aquarium tongs!

We have the Tunze tongs, problem is I mounted the canopy to low. We only have about 7-9" don't remember exactly of space between the top of tank and bottom of canopy. Makes getting in there with anything a challenge, also trying to navigate around all the rocks makes it difficult too.

We built our canopy with a removable front. Haven't built one for the saltwater yet but it's going to be similar when we do.

Any recommendations on tongs that have a really good grip, like to pull out green hair algae. I’ve got several pair and I really only like one but it’s mainly just good for picking up fallen frags etc. Anytime I need to grab something fine like hair algae, they all just slip through over and over.

Nope. Same. The straight ones are not going to work as well. Most people use the tongs that come preloaded on their hands for hair algae and bubble algae.

Yup there was a blue blaze and a no name colony both in there! Blue blaze looks awesome!!! Definitely my two favorites, although I'm excited to see what that space ghost turns out like
That blue blazs looks insane in your tank with yellow coralights

Yup, just time and patience. That and taking care of it all. But glad it's healing, just wanted to update in case anyone was curious hah.

Hopefully it heals sooner than later, I need to get in and do maintenance on the tank, but don't want to put my hands in while they're recovering. Hopefully do that next week with next weeks WC though

A few choice Acro pics. Taken this morning. 95% SBB. I have 3 or 4 non SBB but except for one of these (#7 the one on the left) all the pics are theirs.

Sbb (and a few others) Torches. The ones on the right hand rack are all @SBB Corals torches. The freebie spawn is the lower left corner. Love the mix of my freebies. There was a couple Acros as well, a Scooby Doo and another one that I think was a no name. Also a chunky mushroom.
