that for the heads up. no chiller planed. I will have a basement "fish room" where my AWC and ATO container will be so the electronic cabient will be just for apex gear.

on a side note is the the ice cap ATS? big ATS fan here...

dang sorry I just noticed this question regarding the ice cap. This is actually not an ice cap but a DIY. . I built this one for the space I had. So not sure what the ice cap dimensions are. Sorry

Haven’t updated in forever. Not much new with the tank other than some new corals and fish. I added a clown tang and a candy hog. Fish are all surprisingly peaceful together. I don’t know what’s going on but not much bullying aside from the bristletooth chasing the blenny away.

Yellow coris wrasse
Candy hogfish
Lawnmower blenny
8 chromis

Future stock:
Blotched anthias
Wrasse of some sort

Hard to believe this tank is just over a half year old. Coralline hasn’t spared an inch of glass. It’s at a nuisance level now.

I haven’t updated in so long as I haven’t done much. I recently acquired some Tonga branch and glued some pieces together seen above the red at the bottom. They’ll make an arch above in red. I added some epoxy just earlier and will put the Tonga back in to rest and encrust in coralline which should take a week in this tank. I have some more rock that’s been in the sump since I started this tank last year July. So I plan to get it all together and start adding some high end acros.

Battling some cyano which is due to dead spots. I’m eyeing MP40’s at the moment but must stay in my budget.

I took a video today. Not sure if it’ll upload here. He was grinding down on nori. He’s the smallest guy in the tank but a brave one.
