Yeah it does! When I sign on immediately click on the "new posts" button...so it saves me a step!

Dislike, it takes forever to see all of the threads,

anyway to keep certain forums out of it???

That would be awesome, or aleast exclude the lounge, because of off topic discussions.

I think the scroll rocks! ANd you know, you can mouse over and speed it up so it doesnt take long at all to see everything thats active.

CoralNutz...check this one out..while its not for the index pages...it works for an RSS feed...and ppl can select which ones they want to be notified of:

Ahh ok...

I was just trying to think of something configurable if I knew php better..I'd look at the config for the rss feed and try to blend it with your show active posts mod... but unfortunately... php is one of the few scripting languages I haven't done much with...

I'll keep my eye out for that though on the scripting sites..an active topics scroller that is configureable that is.
