I LOVE that!!!!!!
I was not expecting it that's for sure. I was very close to pulling rocks to see where he might be hiding when i finally saw him peaking out this morning.Great new additions and happy to hear that they seem healthy.
The Midas in the leather maybe the greatest thing I’ve seen yet
I had a hunch you might.I LOVE that!!!!!!
Now thats a Penthouse on Park Ave if a Blennie's ever seen one! Great Shots! Im looking forward to keeping this guy more and moreSo earlier this year I went to a speaker event where a Professor spoke about his tanks and the upgrades he got to plan the build etc.
In his largest tank there was a blenny that lived in a coral at the top and was aggressive about his home it was the neatest thing to watch, I stared for half an hour just watching him interact with the rest of the tank while he kept darting back to his home. Here's some pics I took.
@Katrina71 your firefish just needs a new alarm clock
He'll only be in that tank a short while. Once Im sure they dont need any treatment they’ll go into the 110. With any luck he’ll move into Monti Mountain here. Theres a couple of levels inside there with multiple exits. He’d be happy there me thinks. It will be cool to see if he uses that place as a home. You'll get such an amazing view of that lil guy in there!
So bizarre how some just don't behave how you’d expect!Kinda funny, my Canary Blenny never hides and is always out. Sleeps in a corner of the tank vertically against the glass.
Exactly ! !So bizarre how some just don't behave how you’d expect!
Haha, he is actually a monster. Just recently evicted from the 110 for eating my Mexican Turbo’s. He’s eaten more Acans than I care to share too but he’s from the first livestock order I ever placed and the Highlander. He must be the only one! His shell is 2.5/3”Haha the hermit looked huge when you zoomed in on the wrasse and he walked in frame against the glass.
That is massive! I would like to see him eat a big old Mexican turbo.Haha, he is actually a monster. Just recently evicted from the 110 for eating my Mexican Turbo’s. He’s eaten more Acans than I care to share too but he’s from the first livestock order I ever placed and the Highlander. He must be the only one! His shell is 2.5/3”
No more hermits in the big tank.
