Today’s mission should I choose to accept it....Calibrate dosing pumps on both tanks, Clean the COR 15 And prep a water change in the Biocube for tomorrow morning before going to get in the football pools.

Morning FTS after last nights work.

Looks SWEET! What pumps are you using? I'm getting ready to venture into the same thing. After I figure my daily usage.

I have two DOS running on the 110 and the Coral Box wifi on the Biocube. I noticed this week that the Coral box is way outa line between the two heads I’m using and one of the three heads on the DOS’ is dropping more than the other two.

Ok guys. Been running this a while now but just pulled to clean and figured Id introduce it here.

Running a Triton style sump has been great but presents different challenges than we might accustomed to. Chamber 1 of my sump is the refugium. No socks, no floss just strait drain to fuge. Chamber 2 is the skimmer section. Well I was always finding clumps of chaeto or other algae in my skimmer pump. Being lazy I hated pulling the skimmer to clean the pump any more than I absolutely had to.

@pelphrey had gotten a Triton sump and for similar reasons reached out to @cromag27 at Octoaquatics and had him whip up a tray to run between chambers. I was floored with the simplicity of the fix and had to get one for the MadWasse110

So here we have a 14” floss tray magnetically attached to the wall between chambers 1&2. Thanks for all your help Matt!

That is awesome!!! I feel I shoul do something of the sort for my fuge-to-skimmer baffle as well. @cromag27 does some amazing work. Nice design. And u can never go wrong with those acrylic-encased magnets. I love my SHU.

Sorry Don, I’m always late to the party. May not be needed with the baffle. I’m whipping flow through the sump/fuge. With slower movement I could probably get away without it.
