You can with pellets but you need selcon or vitachem. To help the medicine absorb into the pellet. I would use Seachems Focus+ GC for internal issues. Fin rot is typically due to bacterial issues. I would try and get water parameters in check. Is this a QT tank or your display?

This is for my sps display tank. I read that internal parasites can cause fin rot too. My water quality is good. So doubt is because of that. I'm just curious if GC can mix with kanaplex. Will it cause any negative reaction?

No you can mix GC with Kanaplex with no issues as long as it’s bound with focus.

According to Seachem you can mix Focus and Kanaplex as Kanaplex is not as easy to dissolve/deliver in water as Metroplex or GC, hence the use of Focus as a delivery agent...but don't take my word, go to Seachems site for direct info...

...I just got through using this combo to help or cure my Seahorses

Can they both be added directly to the water? I have a clown that looks thin. Internal parasite maybe? I would like to add directly to the water and not feed. I can dose parizipro too. I just don't know what to start with. I want something that can help right away.
