This may be a dumb question, but can I keep a seahorse with a rock flower anemone? I know it’s typically not okay for anemones but since their sting is so mild I was wondering if anyone has done it?

Rock anemones do not host clowns or damsels because of their potent sting.

Interesting I didn’t know that, thought it was the opposite. Thanks!

What are you trying to recreate? There are some flowy gorgs that might do you well.

corky finger
Purple sea whip
to name 2

Then to add spots of color on the rock could look at ricordea. Just some ideas. Run carbon, none of these sting but these gorgs do release potent chemicals into the water to outcompete other corals.
