So I have been battling something in my tank that I have not seen in 25 years of reefing. It looked to me like detritus at first but I am now unsure. Whatever it is seems to be burrowing or making tunnels using detritus. It can be fairly easily cleaned but comes right back. I would like to eradicate it. Please help ID and help me get rid of it.

The next few shots are using a microscope to help ID it.

Any still pics under white lighting?
I see what may be a flatworm, detritus worm and ostrapod

Looks like those tiny shrimp that make tunnels. Not sure how to remove them though. Think I’ve I got a couple as well. No clue what the wormy stuff is.
