QT Tank 30 gallon - cycled with biospira and sponge filters for a week
some pVC elbows

Fish that will arrive together:
2 clowns
6 line wrasse
diamond goby
high fin goby
fire fish

meds on hand:
API FUran-2
copper power
prazipro

1. is this tank big enough to do all these guys at once?
3. should i even attempt doing all these different types of fish at once?
2. should I add sand for the goby?
3. should I start with copper and Furan for 3 weeks or just Furan and watch how they do before copper?
4. when do i use Prazipro and for how long?

the fish and inverts are coming from A&M aquatics wholesaler and as far as i know they have great practices.
so inverts will go to their own qt and in to the DT at 45 days.

alternative for fish it to just source locally at lfs and add a fish at a time over next year.

thank you!

Heater. Maybe a light. Seems like a lot of fish to put in a 30 gal, even if it is quarantine.

Ya for sure. I got extra heaters and powerheads always on hand just in case.
Perhaps I should just grab 2 clowns and diamond goby and add the rest in stages

Pros and cons. Personally, I never add more than one fish at a time. But the upside to adding multiple at the same time is territory.

When you add new fish to a tank with existing fish, the existing fish may have establish territory in the tank.

When you add new fish, you have to take steps to try and be sure the existing fish don't attack new-comers in defense of their space.
