My living coral reef..........

These shots with everything blacked out but the tank are the only reason I wish I had a canopy. It makes for a stunning photo that I can't replicate on a rimless system. I'm not sure how you pulled it off.

I just closed the blackout blind to the window behind/to the side of the tank! Lol

If that’s what you mean anyway.

Also I have adjusted the picture/light settings so the shot looks much more what the tank actually looks like rather than what the original basic camera image captures

Also on the full tank shots, because there is a data upload limitation on R2R, they aren’t as clear as the original picture so the quality is not as good. You don’t notice it on close ups as much as when further away

And thank you @Fudsey !

I could sit with a lager and get lost in that with 6 music on the radio! :)
Thank you and I do Simon. I fall unconscious most nights watching it, as the alcohol slowly takes effect! Lol

You know yourself, pictures look good, but they don’t give a full representation of the actual beauty of all our systems in real life.

Shaun,
Your shots are great as always... ;Woot ;Woot

I'm hearing the S-Series is going to be coming out with the new Red Sea led's.

Have you heard the same thing?

Lovely tank and great pictures.

Alcohol and tank watching = a perfect evening imo

Thank for stopping by Martin, and yes it’s the ‘perfect’ combination, well until you wake up at 4am in your chair dribbling! Lol

Thanks Freddie, Yes as Nicholas posted above I’ve seen the new LED’s. I’m fine as long as they don’t bring an S1000 or something out as I will ‘need’ sorry, really need to have it!!

That looks SO good

Thank you!

The Asterina starfish population has increased to the point I’ve been removing them by hand with some long tweezers, so I’ve added a harlequin shrimp again

They are just so small in the system and disappear. I’m still trying to get a glimpse of him to make sure he’s alive and well and filling his belly!
