Shelllesss snail?

Is this a snail without a shell? It’s fairly large, about an inch long or so. Eats like a snail but has just a bump for a shell. Just saw for the first time, no idea where he came from.

Stomatella snail... they are good guys, I got mine in on some frags I bought.

Haha I actually asked when I first saw mine too, from what I understand they are usually not sold because they have such a thin shell they are very hard to remove to sell.

I love these guys. I just got another one on a frag the other a day & saw him spawning today. A good reason to carefully check your frags before dipping… you never know what good guys you’re gonna get on there too! :)
