Shipped zoa on Tuesday received testerday does it look dead

Hello I shipped out this zoa on Tuesday buyer says water was cold when arrived and claim to be dead does it look dead I told him to give it a few days and go from their experience and what would you do looks to be alive just not open to me by pictures

To me, they look quite closed up but not dead.

A shot of it in normal colors would be more helpful. I have no idea why people even bother with all blue pictures.
