Depends. If your power head is not strong enough, you'll need to add an extra one. It should be strong enough to make the water circulate well. Or if you could try to place an lps coral around your tank and see how its tentacles sway (not really recommended, but it's how I do it)

I don't think so. Thats a good size power head for that size tank and the corals look fine. Thats a weird placement for it though.

IMO a powerhead should create surface agitation and eliminate dead flow spots as much as possible, which we can't see in a picture. If you can't accomplish these 2 things with one source of flow, then its beneficial to add another source of flow
