The photo is a little blurry, but believe that is a Stomatella snail. They are harmless algae eaters and will breed in your aquarium.

Either a stomatella or Collanista snail.

It appears that the mantle, complete with tubercles, is covering both sides of the upper shell. I'm beginning to think it's a small cowrie. The pic. is still pretty blurry to be sure.
