It looks like a complex algae of some sort, there's a chance that a traditional dip won't kill it all off.

I cant seem to get a grip on it I have it back in dip maybe I'll use tweezers? Razor? I dont want it in my tank but I do like those little fire and ice

Was it because it was too slippery or because it was too hard? What was the texture like?

If it comes back tweeze it again and keep the frag away from others just in case .

I find xacto knife works great for all types of manual removal. Sometimes tweezers or other objects aren't as effective as scraping away with a sharp razor edge. should be fine just keep an eye on it for returning growth
