Have had this anemone for a few weeks now should I remove it? My parameters are all god not sure what’s going on. Feed it the other day and turned into this the next day.

How old is the tank? What lighting do you have? What are your "all good" parameters? What else is in the tank?
Unless the nem is hurting something or obviously dead (which is not the case...yet), I'd leave it in there while you give more info.

Nem looks healthy and should be in the water
Moderate light and water flow, salinity 1.025, ph 8.1-8.3, and temp 77-79
