I had purchased some bulkheads that I wound up not needing and returned to bulk reef supply in the beginning of February. I had forgotten about it for a bit but today I realized that I hadn’t received my refund yet. I emailed brs to see if they could look into it at 411. By 414 I got a return email with the refund. Needless to say I was very surprised and impressed by their quick response. Thanks to everyone at BRS.
