Hey guys I want to see pics of your meat corals like acanthophyllia, scolys, welso, trachys etc.

I've been looking to get an acanthophyllia and sometimes it's hard distinguishing the difference between all the different types of meat corals lol. Here's a few pics of the ones I have so far.

How much do you usually see meat corals go for by you?
So, I have to drive about 2.5 hours to Omaha to reach a salt store. Seems like the meat corals are 2-300 bucks+, last I looked. They must be impossible to frag. The other brains like Trachy or Lobo are cheaper. Does that sound right to you?

the prices are darastically different depending on which type. acantho's tend to be 200+ if your lucky while some scolys can be as low as 100. ive seen welso's or trachy's for around 150 but these tend to be the smaller less colorful ones.

Usually yes I got lucky with a LFS that get huge shipments of corals and sells all for under 100! And other store I goto I see anywhere from 500 to 1200

Many ar eup in the 1000+ range, so 200-300 is a steal.

It's possible to frag them, but they take 5-10 years before they resume their pleasant shape.
