Never has there been a better example of how just how behind I really am on pics of pieces I want to get up on the site. Been asked for mother shots of this guy way too many times. I know I promised that I'd shoot it and have it on the site eventually, and that day has finally come.


I think one of the reasons I kept putting this one off, was that I could not capture the essence of the glowing green it the tips. I did try a few times to shoot this one and wasn't happy with the finished image. And, I still haven't quite nailed it. But this is as close as I could get without exaggerating them. Definitely similar to the "Aquatic Man" but a little more pastel pink/orange in color and way faster growing.

This thing has been with me going on two + years easy, and I've sent tons of frags out in that time, so I know there's got to be a handful of good looking colonies out there by now.

Here's one of mine that I've managed to keep as untouched as I could. BC Bohemia finally on the site, and if you have one, please feel free to share!

I still haven't bought from Adam, I keep saying I'm gonna. And then I cant make up my mind bc every time I look I make a list and it's like 2grand in corals that I can never afford. Lol. But if I could I'd take one of each that he has. I've never seen a nicer collection honestly.

It’s not gonna be 2 grand if you get battleboxes . Adam is a crazy eccentric generous guy . Trust me who has bought at least 4-5 battleboxes from him.
You ought to buy it once to get hooked

If it’s anything like BC Aquatic man - it will be tabling for sure . But it also depends on the flow across it .

yep, definitely a fast outward sprawler for sure. tips get greener and the body is way more pink/orange

I was just about to start a thread in this forum on this guy, now I guess I dont have to. My picture doesn't capture the color real well, more orange and a hint of red at the tips. I'm gonna up the PAR a bit, and see what I get though sitting around 240 rn.
