sick clownfish

Hello- my Clownfish stopped hosting my Euphyllia and now staying on top of the tank and also not eating.
Does it have Brook?

The pictures aren’t quite clear enough for a solid diagnosis. A short video might help.
Can you take a look at the link below my name here, or the second post down in the sticky section at the top of this forum? It gives some hints as to additional info that is helpful in trying to determine what is going on with a sick fish.
