Sick kole tang

Yesterday all was well, came home today and my Kole Tang looks terrible. Have never had a sick fish so kind of at a loss. Set up an emergency quarantine tank real fast to isolate him. Any ideas what he is sick with?

No, king of the tank and bosses everyone else around. Seems to be quiet pale too and very lethargic.
