Siganus magnificus with blue?

Okay, this is so strange, I have never seen a Siganus magnificus with blue on it. I went downstairs and my guy has blue all throughout the yellow in his anal fin. Anyone else’s got this or know why?
It’s definitely not light related either.
It’s like it’s been painted but the blue was never there before, it’s a newer thing.

I am aware that they have the white lines on the spines however this is a definite blue, every photo I’ve seen on them shows the spines as being white.
Here’s a few photos of the anal spines with white streaks and not blue.
