Silly question, but where is the tummy of cbb?

Can anyone show my in a pic of copperband butterfly, that where is the tummy located, need to know whether its fat and healthy or no. Its not eating clam (might be eating at night) other fishes including dr.wrasse munches on it. Its has eaten all the aiptasias though, i have a rock in another tank with aiptasia. Pls help, as it looks healthy, keeps grazing 24/7 on the rocks. Its been 2 weeks.

Looks empty or full?
This looks a tad empty. But it' also a very healthy specimen. If it's eating I wouldn't make it too complicated. If he's a new addition, I'd try getting him on mysis mixed with clams on a shell. Ive spoke to someone on the forum not to long ago, what he does is make a paste of mysis and seafoods. And smears it on a clam shell. I'll have to find the thread

I tried everything, still no luck. Iv added a toms hatch n feeder brine, hopefully its eating them.
