No new fish. New years eve i added 2 sand sifting star fish, a fighting conch and 5 orange spotted nasarius snails. Everything in the tank seems healthy up until this issue with the wrasse.Thanks for the video, but unfortunately, I can't see anything wrong with the wrasse. The spotty skin you described could indicate an infection, but I just can't see it clearly. It is pretty unusual for a fish that has been in a tank for 6 months to suddenly develop an infection - have you recently added any new fish?
