If your tank is set up for it a montipori coral would look good, also maybe some zoas of sorts something to cover it but not hide it!!

Leptoseris is a good choice as well. Here is a pic that I found on here.

Do you know where they got that skull? I looked around and could only find the large ones. This one looks like frag plug sized
Sorry but I have no idea. I just did a Google search for "skull lepto coral" and found that result from a post on this forum. Here is a link to the thread but the person who posted it hasn't been online since January so I doubt reaching out to them would help.

If you made the texture rough and added some light layer of concrete I think it would work well.

I was guessing that it would stick to the printed plastic, but that was just a guess. I've had corals encrust onto plastic frag racks was the reason I was thinking it may work without any other coating on the print

True I have seen Stony corals on plastic , even Coraline but the latter seems to grow kinda slow on plastics at least in my own experience IMG_20211026_092546897.jpg
