Small crab with white circle

Found this critter in my tank today. I haven’t added anything to my nano tank in over a year, so I have no idea where this guy came from.

It’s a small crab that appears translucent/white with a dark abdomen with a white circle on it. See photo below.


Can anyone ID this critter?

where exactly in the tank did you find it? among SPS? in dark rock crevices? under sand?

originally thought it was a baby pitho crab, but could be wrong.

@vetteguy53081 any ideas?

Has the body of a xanthius. I would chuck it

If you've got any LPS, I would be inclined to think it may be a gall crab of some kind, as the closest I know offhand is a juvenile Lithoscaptus species.
