One of the first corals I bought. When I got it home I dipped it in for Coral Rx dip for about 10mins, but didn’t exactly inspect each frag except for one that obviously had a vermetid on the side.

This is a patch of many round brownish-green dots. Is this an animal or algae? Or something else? Should I be worried and if so how should I go about removing/treating them? Thanks!
