I added a 5" White Tail and a baby Yellow at the same time. No problems between them but I'm disappointed that after five months the WT hides if he spots me 20' away. I'd like to add my quite active PB from another tank but the fear of starting a war has thus far dissuaded me!

Well behaved Bristletooth Tomini. Have had it two years, since it was about an inch long. Then and now pics.

I have a two spot in a 75 that is connected to my system. It was originally brought in to graze on algae because I don't have snails in that tank (2 Rhinecanthus triggers!). It was tiny and shy at first. Took a few weeks to really venture out much. Almost 3 years later it is much bigger/fatter and is no longer shy. It may go into my 300 at some point.

Had a spotted bristletooth (c. Truncatus). A nightmare that had a go at all of my fish but had a particular hatred towards blennies. Was the only tang but sold him as soon as I could catch it. Hopefully will have better luck with a tomini

Years ago back in the day when you could buy a fish from LiveAquaria and have it arrive healthy, I purchased a tiny two spot bristletooth. She was about 1" when I got her. I then developed the love of leopard wrasses and she was just as mean and nasty as could be to my potters leopard. Pretty much had to take my tank apart to catch her. Never had another! I've had a few purple tangs and have never had an issue with any of them when it came to the other fish in my tank.

My preferred route for the last year is a bristle tooth tang and a yellow or purple tang in all of my tanks. With those two and a mix of trochus and turbo snails, all the algae on my rock work green wiped out. Still have to clean the glass every other day but oh well,

Police are here. Kicking in the front door! This states small tang tanks not 100 or larger. Where are the evo's with tangs? LOL
Picked up this killer tang called a surgeonfish with a horn on its head. Plopped it into the Evo and it's super happy.

I have a kole tang in my 110 with a powder blue, and lavender, a Tomini in my 210 with a Sailfin, desjardini, and scopus and I have 2 Tomini and two scopus in my frag system 1 each in each 50 lowboy. In my full reefs I introduced them all at the same time from qt and haven’t had any problems. Enough of them that no one harasses anybody beyond the occasional reminder of who is top dog. Would have separated the sailfin and desjardini as I didn’t want two that similar together for territorial reasons but at the time the Sailfin was much larger than the other three in the 110 so didn’t want to take the chance. However they get along very well always together and not picking on each other.
