Small white worm

Does anyone know what these are? They are in my sump. Approximately 1/8" to 1/4" long. They dont really move much but they wiggle around some.

tiny feather dusters. they are worms or snails. they do appear in tanks, mostly harmless and just visual nuisance

Common in sumps, these are nematodes which are short lived and will eventually vanish
