Looking to start to put vitamins in my pre made frozen food as well as to start soaking my nori in and curious what brands everyone is seeing the best results with.
Thanks in advance!

I add a few drops of selcon and garlic to my nori every now and then. As stated above freeze dried mysis seem to absorb these liquids best, but it can be used with just about every frozen, freeze dried or pellet food as well :)

Never done that. Are we supposed to be doing that?

I don’t think it’s something that I would say is required, but it can’t hurt and has the potential to benefit the overall well-being of the animals.

I use selcon mostly to get picky fish to eat, or to rehydrate something freeze dried. I mostly stick to a large variety of frozen, live, and pellet foods.
