Snail death any idea why and from what

so guys s few weeks ago i got myself a red foot snail around an inch to two in size had him for a while loved how he looked so i descidsd go get another two of them i got two of them did the drip method and all they lived for a week the new one died first than my original old one and today my last one no idea why did some testing everything looks the same have some nitrate problems but i did big water change dropped them a lot so i dunno

Salinity 1.025
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 20ish
Light - marine orbit running max settings
Ammonia 0
Calcium 460ish
Alk 12
Have algae growing all and feed reef Frenzy which had plankton in it so their diet is there maybe the two i bought where sick and got mine sick? No idea help!

They like cooler water so perhaps 76 is too warm for them?
well figured the same thing but mine survived for like 5 weeks and i was running 76-78 than now due to weather its lke 74-76 so i dunno

do
You said there's algae in the tank, are you sure it's not dinoflagellates? Because Dinos can definitely kill off your snails.
dont thinks dinoflagellates havent had that since cycled about 8 months ago i get alot of green algae on the glass
