Today marks 1 year since the beginning of this system!! It’s been an incredible up and down journey so far. Mostly ups, but the downs were definitely there. Persistence & patience definitely pays off in this hobby. Here’s to another year!

Took some iPhone pics to show how it looks as of today. I’m noticing corals that we’re unhappy are coloring up better and starting to show signs of overall happiness. Here’s what 365 days has done to my aquarium.

You'll get there man. Just keep everything stable, and dont go changing things too drastically and youll be fine. I honestly could be more in-tune and be more strict on cleaning and testing this tank. Ive been busy with work, but i try and let the tank tell me how its doing. My mystic sunset monti usually is one of the first corals to tell me that i need to get in there and do a water change. I just bought a new 44 gallon brute trash can and did a decent water change last weekend, and its loving it.

Is the calcium reactor still running? I just got the same model but one size down. I noticed that it says in the instructions to fill bubble counter full close the outlet valve but this is not happening for me unless i remove the check valve from the co2 inlet. Is this normal?
