I am coming up on my 30 day quarantine mark with copper power.

I am going to sterilize the two tanks i'm using and put the fish back in them with fresh saltwater.

My question is, the sponge filters. Because they were used in the 30 day quarantine and established a bit of biological filtration, can i use them during my 2 week observation period? Or do I soley only use them during copper treatment now?

I would prefer not to purchase new sponge filters just for 2 week observation period while treating with General cure. Of course i'm already invested in the QT process so i will do what i need to do.

I think you can use them as long as you are ok with having low dose copper in your system.

Yes. Should be fine. But I’m not sure you need to sterilize the tanks. By reusing the filters you will just be introducing whatever organism was in the tank so sterilizing seems kind of pointless.
