Soft coral ID, looks like a kind of leather

Hey reefers,

Could you help me to identify this coral ID?

It's been in my tank under low light mid flow area, closed to a month.
But it's never had full polyps open, the most it's got it just extend abit like pimples.
Except for not expanding polyps, it doesn't seems to have any issue.

Seems leathery but I can’t figure out what type.

I'll goes with devil's hand in my mind, but i could not be sure.
The polyps if i not mistaken is white color while observed it previously in shop

I would go with a lobophytum, which includes devils hand.
