What's everyone's favorite bacteria of choice (if you are still making your own). Thinking of using either FM Bacto Therapy/Blend or Prodibio.

Ive been having better luck with AF pro bio S, better than prodibio.

Proper feeding I have found to be key given that your water parameters are stable. They are one of the species that has a very distinctive feeding response

Totally agree I'm extremely skeptical (to say the least) of that diversity of bacteria being what's in biodigest (or if so it being alive).

I think there would be a lot of challenges selectively growing oceanic bacteria. A whole heck of a lot easier to get live rock, sand, or mud.

A little late to this party. The data shown, along with the three that followed, all confirmed the contents of BioDigest; however, your viability point is valid, but generally easily proven if I wanted to go that direction.

Well well well, seems like ecotech is doing me dirty. Had to unplug my lights and reset them.

Perhaps some GHL lights in the near future…

Can’t beat that t5 blanket, thanks for reminding me. I need to hoard up before they stop producing!!!

I may get the quanta to replace my nearly 10 yr old reefbrites. Some burnt diodes in there now. Can’t believe it’s been that long lol
