So when you say feed, feed, feed. What exactly does that mean? I have tried to feed my zoas, but I have never actually seen them eat. I do use amino acids and broadcast feed reefroids, so maybe they absorb this very fine food source? I have watched Than's video on YouTube and I am pretty sure he states that he is unsure if the zoas are actually eating. Palys on the other hand do eat and I have seen this first hand. Please let me know what you feed them because I consider them to be purely photosynthetic. I could be wrong, I am constantly learning in this hobby after 8+ years. Thanks.

I use Fuel and Reef Roids.

You are Welcome. :)

No, I Do Not Use Carbon.

Remember Carbon Takes out Good Things as Well as Bad Things so your Corals get Less Nutrients when you use Carbon.

I used Carbon for 5 Years and I got no Growth at all in Most All My Corals.

So I stopped Using Carbon and Boom Corals were Growing :)

I Take a Natural Approach and Do Not Believe in Carbon.

The Normal Dip Amount and Time are on

http://zoaid.org/zoapox-zoa-pox-the-search-for-the-cause-and-cure/

I use a Longer Dip with Less Furan to Save Money

Both Methods are Dip 3 Days in a Row and Wait 4 Days (Repeat if Necessary).

Normal Dip is 15 Minutes (I Do 60 Minutes).

I was Doing 2 Scoops / Packs per Gallon.

Normal Method is like 10 (I Think - Been Quite a While Since I have Had POX).
thank you for this..just bought some on amazon for 5 bucks for a 10 packet...

Buckets of activated carbon are also a good idea for zoa's but watch nitrate levels
