Some sort of pod?

Can someone help my id this critters? The look like little shrimp, are based in some sort of cocoon and use their tentacles (i guess) to feel Whats happening around them. I can clearly see them on my backglass but also noticed them in my sandbed where they build some sort of tube to live in. When they are inside their cocoon the only thing i can see are 3 or 4 feeding or feeling tentacles.
