Also, the brown stuff on the sand is Dino’s, currently fighting those. I’ve been dosing h2o2
Are you sure? Looks like diatoms that every new tank gets. Which tank is this? From other posts looks like you just started a month ago.

Since there's no coralline growth, it tells me tank is too young and not stable enough. Young by itself isn't a prob, it's stability.
