Something growing out of rock, what is this?

So I started out with dead Marco rock initially, last week i decided to put about 3kg live rock down in the sump. (Not sure if this is from the live rock)

Today my normal routine checking around the scape for Coralline and other things, i find this thing growing out of a rock. I looks like a (little moshroom from the forest with a red velvet cap on)

Never seen anything like this can you please help me Id this?

This is a vermetid snail, and unwanted. You simply place a dab of gel superglue from dollar store over the hole and it’s done- will starve or get stuck to glue
