Something moving accross the glass

Hi does anyone know what this thing is? Was definitely not in that position when I last noticed it and it's now came out of the water..

I can’t tell in the pic but is it an asterina starfish or a nudibranch?

Had the liverock and nothing else for a couple of months so surprised I never saw this, don't know if those white spots have anything to do with this either

It is hard to tell for sure, but I also think it looks like an asterina starfish (asymmetric arms) as mentioned by others.
