Ok so I had to leave my tank for a week and had no one to watch it but something new started growing off one of my corals I only have 2 corals in my nano now somethings growing on the ground one any ideas of what it could be?

Agreed.
Aptasia on the torch, it should be removed as they spread fast and can irritate/kill coral.
Hair algae can be taken care of with a good clean up crew and manual removal.

Yes I know the algae but that other thing like how did it get here I've only had those 2 corals the whole time and I've had the nano set up for about 3 months

Nothing caused it, It was always there on that coral when you bought it. It just grew exponentially while you were gone.

Id buy some aiptasia-x or similar product to take care of it. Super easy to use. Far easier than trying to remove it from the skeleton of that torch.

Personally, I would kill it outside the tank.
A squirt of lemon juice over the sink and a little scrub of a brush. More lemon juice and final rinse of tank water.
Any in tank killing of that has the potential to spread it all over.

Any in tank killing of that has the potential to spread it all over.
Good point, it’s close enough to the torch that there’s a risk of injuring it with chemicals in the water.
