Source for short lengths of plastic chain?

Looking for the 1.5" link size of colored plastic chain. Usual big-box stores only stock yellow in 2", some white, some black, but no colors like blue or red stocked.

Directly from Mr Chain (indirectly through Amazon) I can order 25' lengths of each color in 1.5" link size, but that's $100 for five colors and a whole lot of chain that I will never use.

Anyone have alternative suggestions?

I would try asking a vendor on ebay if they'd be willing to put a variety pack together for you. Chances aren't great but it's all I can think of and shouldn't take too much effort.

Thanks! No idea why I didn't think of eBay. Found a more reasonable assortment of 10' lengths there.

I got mine from Amazon, I had to look a few times tho
just checked, there is some there now but not in small qty’s . I’ll see if I can find my old order

I got four colors for roughly $35 off Ebay. We'll see how it looks in a few days.
If anyone else needs small quantities for their seahorses, I'm happy to share in the bounty!

Try a hobby store, Home Depot also carries it, buy by the foot off the spool. Internet search also calls it barrier chain so that may be helpful for you also
