My wife noticed these and they seem to be in a couple of different places in the tank. While they seem to be "sponge like" I see no other "body" that would appear to be the sponge. Looking at other threads I am suspicious they may be colonial hydroids - except I see no webbing or anything else. They do not react when touched and are simply there. I have a couple of stalks that are actually "wyed" with two stalks coming out of a main stalk on the rock.

Any thoughts?
