Sponge

I'm not sure if I'm now posting this twice, anyway as you can tell I'm a Newby to this site and the whole hobby of saltwater aquariums.

Can somebody please confirm for me one way or another if this is a cryptic sponge, and weather its good for my tank, I've only a small 35ltr tank as didn't want to start out to big, kill everything and lose interest in the hobby before I've really started, any help will be appreciated

Nope but they last forever on the bottom of rocks in my sump.
