Hey guys. So I was just doing my post work check of the tank and noticed my rabbitfish had weird spots on him. They weren't there last night before lights out.

He's been in the tank since August and has shown no sign of disease. He does occasionally get marked and scratched from the rocks, but that heals quickly. The whole system was treated with 2 rounds of prazi about a month and a half ago as a precaution since one wrasse was scratching alot.

Yesterday I introduced my harem of lyretails but they had been through qt and hasn't shown any symptoms before or after their quarantine and 2 rounds of prazi treatment. No other fish are showing this.

The rabbit seems to be acting fairly normally. Just has these weird spots. Do you guys have any ideas? #reefsquad

Dang, well, I guess I'll prazi the system again. You'd think i'd learn to qt corals one day.

Thanks Humble!

Please keep us posted!
Will do! I'm going to let it go overnight w/o treatment to ensure its not just damage from rocks or a sting from a nem/coral. If I don't see improvement, I'll start 2 rounds of prazi in the dt. Did it a couple of months ago with no ill effects except no skimming for 2 weeks.

I can’t imagine tiny black dots from either thing it I’ve certainly been surprised before! :)

So... overnight the dots have almost completely disappeared. There's still 2 left but they are almost gone. A little baffled, but I suppose I'll keep an eye for them to maybe flare back up.....

As an update, the spots have all but disappeared. Not sure what they were but seemed to have resolved on their own.
