As I said in my pm we will work with you to figure out a resolution. This transactions is years old and was actually while the business was in transition and we hadn’t fully stepped in as owners. None the less we will find a way to make you happy. When this all settles down we will pm you. Thanks

robert, i was interested to see how this plays out. i was following this from your post earlier today. i don't blame you for being ticked, but from a third party, i gotta say i think they are handling it well. it's a crappy ordeal from all angles for sure. i'm sorry you have to deal with it. i hope they help you out.
