Different lights and system will effect the corals coloration (from my experiences). If it is not showing signs of bleaching or loss of tissue, it is probably adjusting to new sytsem.

When corals are transferred to a new environment it is common for them to lose coloration as all tanks and parameters are different, if everything is in check I wouldn't worry about and just give it time to acclimate and color back up
