It’s rainy day in jersey and setting up stand today.here are the pics

that is a good idea to keep the plastic wrap and cardboard on until it's on the tank. how may guys did it take to get it on there?

how's the tank coming along? I am reading through everyone RS S 1000 build threads ....someone just might be getting one! :)

Hello,it took almost 5 guys.tank is coming good.still cycling going on

Quick update on my tank.I removed Marco rock and created new aquascape with real reef branch rock and one small piece Australian live rock.Installed N18 paxbellum reactor and reef octopus calrx 200.Going to plug SPS frags soon

I was not a fan of the original scape. That branching structure looks fantastic! I'd personally add some more rock to the left and some small islands here and there. I do applaud anyone who can start with these minimalist scapes and has the patience to watch it turn into something like Wesley's.

Quick update.I collected these frags so far from @Battlecorals @BYU and yet to get some from @jcdeng and @sfg.Will post pics once filled up with everything.Between what lens you guys recommend to take it from iPhone (orphek or poly lab or something else?

You should go back to the Marco rocks IMO. Plain without them.

Not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that with such a minimalistic scape, there isn't much in the way of hiding spaces, caves, swim-throughs, etc. Fish need those things.

Got it.I think there are lot of spaces underneath the rock for small fishes to hide and for tangs
